Tijdens de chemotherapie en bestralingen voorafgaand aan de operatie, kunt u uw conditie en kracht al verbeteren. Dit heeft veel voordelen: u voelt zich minder snel moe, kunt de chemotherapie beter verdragen en de behandeling heeft mogelijk een sterker effect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De periode tussen behandelingen en operatie optimaal benutten<\/strong><br \/>Na de chemotherapie en bestraling heeft u 8 tot 12 weken voordat de operatie plaatsvindt. In deze periode werkt de chemotherapie nog door, maar het is ook h\u00e9t moment om uw conditie en kracht aanzienlijk te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sporten onder begeleiding<\/strong><br \/>U kunt sporten onder begeleiding van een fysiotherapeut. Dit wordt vergoed vanuit uw aanvullende verzekering voor fysiotherapie. Vaak zijn er ook therapievormen in groepsverband, zoals medisch fitness, waar u samen met anderen onder begeleiding van een fysiotherapeut traint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beweeg volgens de richtlijnen<\/strong><br \/>Naast trainen is het belangrijk om wekelijks minimaal 150 minuten matig intensief te bewegen, zoals aanbevolen in de Nederlandse Beweegrichtlijn. Dit betekent vijf dagen per week minimaal 30 minuten actief zijn. U kunt dit op verschillende manieren verbeteren, bijvoorbeeld met een hoog-intensieve intervaltraining (HIIT). Dit trainingsprogramma kunt u uitvoeren op een hometrainer, roeiapparaat of loopband, maar ook op een gewone fiets of tijdens het wandelen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trainingsschema<\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong>Probeer het onderstaande schema 3 tot 5 keer per week uit te voeren. Een sessie duurt 15 tot 25 minuten. De intensiteit van de training wordt bepaald met de Borgschaal (0-10), waarbij 0 geen inspanning is en 10 maximale inspanning.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Warming-up:<\/strong> Begin 3-5 minuten op een rustig tempo (Borg 2-3).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arbeidsinterval:<\/strong> Train 30 seconden op een hoge intensiteit (Borg 7-8).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rustinterval:<\/strong> Beweeg daarna 60 seconden op een rustig tempo (Borg 2-3).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Herhaal:<\/strong> Doe dit 8 keer. Gaat het gemakkelijker?
